Getting started is simple
Follow these steps to access pediatric care from the comfort of your home.
Pre-register by filling out the form below. Do this for each of your children.
You will be sent credentials to log in to your patient portal as well as a secure link to enter credit card or HSA card information with our partner Stripe. (We don't collect or keep any of your financial information, ever.)
When you would like an appointment, log into the patient portal and select a time that works for you.
Your credit card will be charged a $50 deposit to secure the appointment time. (Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.)
Prior to your appointment, you will be sent a secure link to connect via a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform. You may use a phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone.
After the appointment, your card will be charged the balance due (total less deposit paid) and you will be sent a receipt to submit to your insurance company or HSA.

Andrew L. Nash, MD FAAP
Dr. Nash received his undergraduate degree from Harvard and attended medical school at UC Davis. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at UCSF and Children's Hospital and Research Center in Oakland, California. Dr. Nash has served the San Francisco Bay Area with care and distinction for over three decades. He founded 1-to-1 Pediatrics in 2011 to make access to personalized, "hometown style" pediatric care easy and free of the hoops and barriers common in most primary care settings. He has started HouseCall for Kids to provide this style of personalized care throughout California via a telehealth platform.
